Calcium is a very important mineral for oral health that plays a major role in helping prevent various dental problems.  Getting enough calcium is crucial for keeping bones, blood, heart and our teeth healthy. 2) Raw Spinach

Raw spinach is a good source of vitamin A, vitamin K, fiber and potassium. Spinach also contains other nutrients and minerals. It is worth noting that spinach is high in calcium. So, 1 cup of spinach contains approximately 90 milligrams of calcium. Spinach can be a great addition to your healthy and balanced foods list.
